About Us

We are a craft malthouse located in the Skagit Valley, an hour north of Seattle, Washington. We malt our local grains to create ingredients for craft beer, distilling, and baking customers. We’ve developed our own technology for malting and used that to build a grain economy that supports our local farmers, allowing them to use better Regenerative Agriculture growing practices.
